I am a professional copywriter currently working for a large insurance carrier, National General. The work published here represents a small sample of the work I’ve done for the company, but my writing abilities extend to a wide range of styles and tones.
As the sole copywriter at National General, I currently write every word that customers and agents see — including over 1,000 external email communications every year, flyers, brochures and reference guides for every product available in every territory, magazine advertisements, and copy for the company website. I work directly with people at every level of every department to develop marketing and communication strategies for new product releases, promotions, and awareness campaigns. I also created and maintain a consistent tone for everything produced for the company, from the internal quarterly updates from the president to the PowerPoint slides a salesperson takes to an agent’s office.
